Which forms of payment do you accept?

InterviewMeToo accepts all major credit cards, checks and cash. Checks are the preferred method of payment.

When is payment is due?

Payment is due when services are delivered. A $25 deposit is required prior to scheduling a phone consultation. Payment for additional services is due at the time when we complete payment for your new resume.

Do you have setup fees or misc. charges?

There are no hidden fees or other charges. You only pay for the services you select.

How it Works

How does the resume writing process work?

Crafting a new resume is a step-by-step process which includes the following steps:

  1. Conducting a phone consultation to understand your goals
  2. Scheduling an in-person meeting to review your new resume
  3. Crafting your new resume and cover letter
  4. Reviewing your new resume and planning revisions/edits

If scheduling an in-person meeting is not convenient, we can work through email.

Rush Delivery

How long does it take to create a new resume?

After completing a phone-based consultation, it will take approximately 72 hours to draft your new resume.

Is rush delivery available?

Yes. There is an 25% charge to deliver a new resume and cover letter within 24 hours. Please email for availability.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Guarantee

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. If you are not happy with your new resume, you may decline your new resume at our in-person meeting and will receive a refund for your deposit.

What if I cannot find a new job?

If you experience difficultly locating a new position, please contact us so that we can work with you to offer appropriate job search guidance.

How can your competitors guarantee job interviews?

The fine print on resume guarantees, which seem too good to be true, usually includes a clause requiring you to send 40 – 50 resumes via Certified Mail prior to claiming a refund. The cost to send a single Certified Letter is roughly $5, which makes many guarantees cost-prohibitive.
